New Dining Room Chandelier with Parrot Uncle

This is a sponsored post.

Hey everyone!

So, as you all know, we've been working on updating the dining room in our 100 year old farmhouse ever since we moved in two months ago.

While there was an overhead light already installed, it was totally common and not at all appropriate for a dining room.

We wanted something unique and that would add an industrial touch to the space.  Luckily, not long before we closed on the house, Parrot Uncle reached out to us. Talk about perfect timing. They have an awesome selection of industrial and vintage chandeliers and high end chandeliers (if that is your budget and style choice).

As I said, we were leaning towards that industrial vibe and this iron chandelier fit the bill perfectly. I adore the metal shades.

Honestly, part of what really drew it to me was that we could get the Edison style bulbs for it. They are just so gorgeous!

I'm not going to go through the whole tutorial of how we installed this light; it's best to hire a professional.

The actual installation was not too difficult, and you can swag the lights wherever you choose, which is a nice feature and can accommodate many size dining tables or kitchen islands.

So, this room is seriously moving along. I'm currently decking it out for the holiday season. Once Christmas passes, I'd love to settle on a rug and make a radiator cover. Once that is done the room will be in a great spot decorating wise!
